We're an after-market car workshop looking for the best manager in Cape Town
Can you run a floor and make customers say "yes" before you even finish the sentence?
If upselling is second nature...
If you can turn enquiries into cars on the floor
If you can run a team of mechanics without babysitting them...
If you can get cars in, cars out, and numbers UP...

If you're soft, corporate, slow, lazy, or allergic to pressure - don't waste my time.
If you can't make the phone ring AND turn calls into cars on the floor- don't waste my time.
If you can't handle a busy workshop with grease, noise, loud customers, and bigger numbers - this isn't your playground - don't waste my time.

the best aftermarket workshop manager in the Western Cape
and wont settle for second best!!!Someone who knows how to hustle, lead, train, push, pull, and earn huge commission.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
6+ years in a real workshop (not parts counters). The gift of the gab -- upselling is your heartbeat. Valid drivers license. References. Thick skin. Quick thinking. No excuses. You understand workflow, bays, techs, and how to get cars on the floor FAST. You can take a car workshop and
turn it into a machine
. You know how to get a team performing -- or get rid of weak links. You can travel when needed. You're professional when dealing with customers, but not afraid to get your hands dirty. Tell me what your best month was?????WHAT WE OFFER
R18k basic + proper commission (+-R10K)
(you earn it, you see it). A national brand with room to grow and space to dominate. A job where performance is rewarded and excuses aren't tolerated.Working Hours : Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 17:30 PM and Saturdays 08:00 AM to 13:00 PM
