Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Workshop Foreman within the Trade division at Standerton, Mpumalanga.
Job Summary
This role involves managing workshop operations. Key responsibilities include supervising artisans and technicians, ensuring the quality of work, and overseeing administrative duties. The Workshop Foreman is also responsible for daily task allocation, handling warranty claims, and ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Check the quality of work done Check the quality of completed work Oversee admin duties Service delivery to Customers Ensure client satisfaction Oversee workmanship of artisans and/or technicians Handling of warranty claims Allocating daily duties to artisans and/or technicians Maintain good relationships with assessors and clients
Qualifications and Skills
Matric / Grade 12 Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal) Experience as a Workshop Foreman Knowledge of New Holland tractors (advantageous) Production orientated Valid driver's license (Code 08) Ability to comply with deadlines Ability to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills
