WORKSHOP FOREMAN



A

premium Autobody Repairer

is seeking a

Workshop Foreman

to provide effective technical and specialist support to our team, while ensuring top-quality service delivery to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient workflow. Provide technical guidance and support to staff. Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction. Monitor productivity, costs, and workshop performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and SLAs.

Job RequirementsKnowledge



Strong understanding of

end-to-end processes in auto body repair

. Solid knowledge of the

auto body industry

.

Skills



Financial and analytical skills. Computer literacy. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience



6-10 years'

experience in auto body repair.

2-3 years'

experience in a

workshop management or supervisory role

. Proven experience in

managing and motivating staff

.

Qualifications



Matric (Grade 12)

essential. Additional

qualifications in auto body repair

or related fields will be advantageous.
