We're looking for a deeply experienced WordPress and SEM expert--someone with at least

15 years

in the game. You've built beautiful, high-performance websites. You've run seven-figure campaigns. You know how to drive results--and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty doing it.

You'll be trusted to take ownership, make fast decisions, and deliver outcomes across a global portfolio. You'll be backed by a sharp, international team spanning the UK, South Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. And you'll have access to best-in-class tools, tech, and talent.

We're looking for someone who:

Has

15+ years

of experience building and managing WordPress sites (custom, scalable, elegant) Is a high-level SEM strategist with deep hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Builds and optimises conversion funnels like second nature Uses AI confidently for content, video, visuals, and automation Understands UX, UI, mobile performance, and how to speak to a luxury buyer Moves fast, solves problems, and takes ownership without needing a babysitter Has experience working with high-end or HNW brands (or the instincts to learn quickly)
