Retail Sales Assistant / Cashier

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, friendly customer service Process sales accurately and efficiently at the POS Handle cash safely and complete daily cash-ups Promote new stock, specials, and promotions through upselling and cross-selling Maintain excellent product knowledge Assist with store operations, merchandising, and stock control Keep the shop neat, tidy, and visually appealing Support the Shop Manager and live the brand values daily

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric Minimum 3 years' retail experience, preferably in apparel Strong selling skills and a target-driven mindset Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email) Ability to work under pressure A team player with a positive, proactive attitude Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering a premium customer experience. Must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
