Wine Experience Concierges

to join our team.

What You'll Do

Welcome and host guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Deliver engaging and memorable wine and tourism experiences for visitors from around the world. Share your knowledge of wine, the Franschhoek valley, and local attractions in a clear, engaging way. Support smooth operations through stewarding duties such as ticket validation, guest guidance, and upkeep of designated areas. Assist with ticket sales and provide expert visitor information (for ticket office-trained team members). Work collaboratively with your team to ensure exceptional service and a seamless visitor journey. Be available on weekends and public holidays to meet operational needs.
What We're Looking For

Based in the Franschhoek or Paarl area with reliable transport. Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Matric certificate required. Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or wine-related roles. Advantageous qualifications: Tourism Guide Qualification WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or PYDA (Pinotage Youth Development Academy) certifications
