Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (minimum) Minimum 2-3 years' proven experience as a windshield chip repair and/or headlight refurbishment technician Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license (advantageous). Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to lift light to moderately heavy equipment. Must have visual acuity and hand steadiness.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assess windshield chips and cracks to determine repairability. Perform professional windshield chip and crack repairs using specialized tools and materials. Refurbish and restore headlights to ensure maximum visibility and compliance with road safety standards. Inspect work completed to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized condition. Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes and outcomes to clients when necessary. * Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
