Who we're looking for We are seeking a talented Wholesale Merchandise Manager to lead our merchandising team, drive strategic growth initiatives and innovate in a dynamic retail environment. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Merchandising.
What your role looks like:
Leading, coaching, and inspiring the Edison Stone team to effectively manage brands from procurement to sales, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and seasonal financial strategies. Drive sales and profitability by ensuring the right product, at the right price, is in the right place at the right time.
Qualifications: What experience and skills do you need for the role?
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Relevant degree or diploma (Interior/Fashion Design, Retail Business Management, Textile, Consumer Science).
Experience: 7-10 years buying/supplier experience/wholesale, 5+ years management experience.
Specific Knowledge: Strategy, growth and market share, category extensions, pricing architecture, retail, merchandise cycle, QC process, value chain process

Management: Lead Edison Stone Wholesale business, achieve team KPIs & targets, streamline processes, and develop succession plans.
Strategic Alignment: Oversee implementation of divisional merchandise strategy, align actions with key projects and business strategy.
Trade Optimization: Grow wholesale business to Key and Strategic accounts, elevate wholesale brands in retail.
Merchandise Process Management: Organize exclusive brand merchandise process, provide strategic guidance to align with business imperatives.
Product Direction: Provide guidance to Key Account Manager on range curation for import brands, deliver on-trend, relevant, high-margin products.
Import Conformance & Compliance: Manage compliance team to ensure adherence to all conformance areas while meeting group KPIs.
