Job Description
RPO Recruitment's client, a leading construction and property development firm in South Africa is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Wet Trade Foreman in Cape Town to support the supervision of wet trade teams across multiple stages of construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee wet trade teams and daily work activities
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications
- Monitor progress and report deviations or requirements
- Implement health and safety practices
- Read and interpret site drawings
- National Senior Certificate together with a relevant qualification in the Built Environment
- 5+ years experience supervising wet trade activities
- Strong technical knowledge of brickwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, and related trades
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of site safety standards
- Must reside in Cape Town (no relocation applications will be considered or accommodation provided)
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications
