Description
We have an exciting position available for a HAUS Coastal Team Leader. The HAUS Coastal Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing a group of HAUS stores within Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Namibia.
Main purpose of the job
The role ensures that the stores are operating efficiently, meet business objectives, and provide exceptional customer experiences. The HAUS Coastal Team Leader will lead a team of HAUS staff, ensuring they follow company policies, meet sales targets, and maintain high operational standards.
Minimum requirements
National senior certificate, Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field (preferred), Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role, Proven track record of managing and growing sales, operational efficiency, and teams, Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions, High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, Knowledge of retail software, POS systems, and Excel.

Monitor and achieve sales targets, Identify and implement sales strategies, Ensure store compliance with sales targets, Inventory and stock control, Ensure operational excellence, Staff management and development, Ensure excellent customer service, Regulatory and company compliance, Budgeting and cost control, Reporting and analysis.
