Experienced Business Team Leader

to set up and grow our

Western Cape division

in 2026.

What you'll do:

? Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team.
? Drive government-sector engagement and policy sales.
? Mentor and grow future leaders within your team.
? Deliver consistent application volumes in line with national targets.

Your role:

- Establish a sales and marketing team from the ground up.
- Secure new applications through government-sector networks.
- Develop operational structures and recruit top-performing marketers.
- Drive the Western Cape towards becoming Legal Hero's next growth hub.

You are:

? An experienced professional with at least 5 years in

legal insurance

.
? Well-connected in the

government sector

.
? A natural leader and motivator.
? Someone who thrives on building from the ground up.
