Job Summary ? ?? is currently assisting an exclusive eco-luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape to recruit a passionate and experienced & ??? We are seeking qualified and intuitive Wellness and Spa Therapists to join the opening team of our 5-star eco-lodge in Eastern Cape, where refined wellness is rooted in nature and guided by local traditions. In this role, you will deliver a range of high-touch treatments, from massage and facials to chakra-focused bodywork, energy healing, sound therapy, and mindfulness practices, all designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit in harmony with the land. You will provide personalised consultations, contribute to retreat programming, and uphold the highest standards of guest care, hygiene, and environmental mindfulness. A background in somatology or holistic wellness, strong hands-on skills across multiple modalities, and a calm, guest-focused presence are essential. Experience in ultra-luxury spa or retreat settings and a deep curiosity about integrative healing are highly valued. Responsibilities: Diploma in Somatology or equivalent from a reputable & accredited institution. Knowledge of skincare & beauty products, maintaining spa equipment, hygiene health & regulations and practises Stay current on wellness trends, new techniques, and continuing education. Promote a calm, nurturing, and professional environment that enhances the guest experience. Participate in wellness programs, workshops, or classes when required. Skilled in various treatments such as Reflexology, Massages, Body Treatments, Facials and Nails. Provide personalised consultations and deliver restorative treatments with presence and care. Facilitate chakra-focused journeys, meditation and breathwork, sound healing, and mindful movement. Passionate in creating a memorable experience for individual guests and exceeding service delivery standards. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English. Highly professional, honest, presentable, and well-groomed candidate with integrity. Sound employment history with contactable references.
