Requirements and Experience:

Oversee day-to-day retreat operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and uncompromising five-star standards.

Maintain lodge presentation, food quality, and service delivery to the highest level of excellence.

Provide a warm, personalised, and intuitive guest experience, understanding the emotional and wellness-driven nature of retreats.

Manage budgets, staff scheduling, rotas, and administrative processes with precision and efficiency.

Lead, guide, and inspire the team to deliver world-class service while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
