Job Description
Sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication company based in New Germany is looking for an experienced Welding Quality Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a related qualification, ISO 9001 Quality Management compliance training, at least 7 years of experience in a welding and quality environment, with 5 years of hands-on experience conducting measurements on welded and fabricated products, as well as 5 years in a supervisory or management role. Duties will include assisting workshop staff with quality-related issues, managing and resolving queries, liaising with customers and suppliers, preparing and implementing quality control plans, overseeing the sample-making approval process, training and mentoring employees, planning daily inspection and testing activities, compiling reports, and assisting with project management tasks. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the surrounding areas and have a valid driver's license and their own reliable vehicle. * What is your name?
