Attention all aspiring and experienced English teachers: We Are Hiring! We are seeking Online Home-Based English Tutors to join us on our weekend shifts, teaching English to students from around the world!

• Matric
• 120 TEFL/TESOL or willing to obtain one within the first three months of being onboarded
• Great command of the English language (accent neutral)
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly advantageous xe2x80x93 Tutoring experience (preferred online English tutoring)

• Immediate upon completion of the recruitment & training process

• Saturday and Sunday 07:00-16:00 SAST
• Friday and Saturday 23:30 - 07:30 SAST
• Friday and Saturday 23:30 - 10:00 SAST
  
• Saturday and Sunday 01:30 - 06:00 SAST

• Anywhere in South Africa xe2x80x93 as this is a home-based online teaching role

• Provide guidance while delivering English lessons
• Engage and encourage students positively
• Manage a classroom and provide feedback to students on their language proficiency
• Guide students in their English journey

• Processor: Intel xc2xae Corexe2x84xa2 i5 CPU @2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or greater
• Memory: 8GB RAM or greater

• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching) . This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• A separate mini power supply system to power your fibre router as an independent system.

• A stable FIBRE internet connection - at a minimum of 10 mbps upload and download speeds
• PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection

• Noise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera.
• Back-up headset is highly recommended
• Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
