Website Specialist
Pronto Pilates is redefining boutique fitness with premium, on-screen Pilates classes delivered in beautifully designed self-service studios. Open from 5:15 am until late, our global network of studios offers convenience, quality, and community at an unbeatable price.
We're looking for a Website Specialist to manage and update our regional websites (.au, .us, .nz). You'll focus on keeping our sites accurate, on-brand, and up-to-date -- publishing new pages, refreshing content, and ensuring everything looks and functions as intended. Your work helps new studios launch successfully and turn visitors into members.
You'll work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with our internal Front-End Developer on technical updates or feature enhancements. While coding experience is a bonus, your core focus will be on editing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality, visually consistent web experiences.
This role directly contributes to our studio launch KPIs:

• 100+ launch party attendees
• 300+ founding members at launch
• 400+ members within 6 months

We operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability, initiative, and ownership matter. While this is a remote role, some overlap with U.S. Pacific Time is required for team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Manage and maintain all regional Pronto Pilates websites, ensuring reliable and mobile-first performance.
• Build and publish new studio pages, landing pages, and campaign content to support launches and promotions.
• Collaborate with the internal Front-End Developer on technical features, integrations, and performance updates.
• Maintain consistent design, messaging, and functionality across all regions and devices.
• Follow brand and design guidelines to ensure visual consistency and a high-quality presentation.
• Partner with marketing, design, paid media, and SEO teams to execute updates and campaigns.
• Optimize pages for SEO, usability, and conversion, including content structure and metadata.
• Publish and refine blog and resource content to support organic growth.
• Monitor and audit site health, functionality, and link integrity on an ongoing basis.
• Support testing, analytics setup, and reporting to inform ongoing improvements.

About You:

• Experience managing and maintaining websites using modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Strapi, or similar).
• Comfortable editing HTML/CSS and making light layout or styling changes.
• Familiar with SEO, accessibility, and web usability best practices.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and resourceful in solving day-to-day challenges.
• Bonus: Advanced front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

Ready to Make an Impact?
This is a full-time remote position, working Monday-Friday, where you'll help keep Pronto Pilates digital presence running smoothly and looking its best across markets. Although there is some flexibility with the work schedule, you will need to work 2-3 hours each day in the U.S. Pacific time zone to collaborate with international colleagues.
