The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our WordPress website by uploading and managing products--specifically trendy, high-quality kitchen items. The ideal candidate has experience with WordPress, product content creation, and basic website optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage products on a WordPress-based eCommerce site
- Research and identify trendy, high-quality kitchen products
- Write and edit compelling SEO-optimized product descriptions
- Help maintain and improve site performance and usability
- Assist with basic SEO tasks (e.g., metadata, image optimization)
Requirements:
- Proficient in WordPress (experience with WooCommerce is a plus)
- Experience writing or editing product descriptions
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Interest in kitchen trends and products
- Previous experience managing eCommerce product catalogs
- Familiarity with website speed and image optimization
- Knowledge of Google Search Console or other SEO tools
