Roles and Responsibilities
Regularly update and maintain the company website, including content updates, plugin management, and SEO optimization.
Ensure website security, backups, and seamless functionality across devices.
Manage website content such as stock, pricing, and product updates.
Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Utilize Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to monitor and analyze performance.
Write or coordinate blog posts aligned with marketing goals.
Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns and promotions.
Capture high-quality content through photography.
Qualifications:
Experience with website platforms (e.g., Shopify).
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) a plus.
Self-motivated, organised, and responsive.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years in digital marketing and website management.
Understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
Knowledge of paid advertising and analytics tools.
