Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the accounting function including month-end, management accounts and reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and variance analysis
• Ensure financial controls, compliance and audit readiness across the function
• Partner with global teams to support financial strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Newly Qualified CA(SA) (non-negotiable)
• Completion of SAICA articles
• Exposure to a multinational or high-performance environment advantageous
• Interest or self-driven learning in Web3, crypto, DeFi or blockchain (passion counts)
• Strong Excel and financial systems proficiency
• Tech-curious mindset and eagerness to learn new digital tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
