Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Shop Operator to join our team at Cash Converters Ottery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the online store, including updating product information and product, pricing, and inventory levels
Process and fulfill customer orders, including handling payments enquiries, shipping, and returns
Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns
Ensure the online store is compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the online store, working with the IT team as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications, Matric, online marketing, or related field
Relevant experience, e.g. 1-2 years' experience in e-commerce, online retail, or related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of online marketing principles and practices, including SEO

Systems of Engagement

: This involves technology that facilitates personalized and seamless interactions throughout the customer journey. Assist client with online transaction if needed.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
