The ideal candidate will be a customer service orientated individual who will be the primary contact for incoming web leads.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strong product knowledge
Understand customer requirements
Respond with urgency and accuracy to incoming leads
Prepare quotes, technical information
Track open leads
Follow up and close leads within a reasonable time
Effective handover
Flag potential linkages to build customer loyalty
Provide backup to internal sales
Manage the company chat line
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Matric
A relevant tertiary qualificaiton in Marketing / Administration / Finance would be beneficial
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer facing role
Advanced computer literate - MS Office - strong Excel
Syspro or similar system desirable
Salesforce desirable
Bilingual
Detailed oriented
Sense of urgency
Pride in work
Able to work under pressure and deal with difficult customers
Honest
High integrity
Accurate data capturing
