Web / Graphic Designer required in Johannesburg (Hybrid).

We're looking for a creative powerhouse to join the marketing team as a Graphic Designer in the incentives space.



Reporting to the Multimedia Graphic Design Manager, you'll own the design output across all your projects--ensuring every visual hits the mark and stays true to client corporate identity guidelines.

Salary:

R25 000 per month.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro); Figma is a plus. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email templating. Sharp eye for detail paired with strong creativity. Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple briefs simultaneously. Excellent English communication skills. Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create stunning graphics and videos for social media, brochures, posters, flyers, and more. Maintain brand and client CI consistency and quality across all materials. Bring briefs and concepts to life with fresh, creative designs. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without missing a beat. Collaborate closely with account managers, photographers, printers, and other stakeholders. Prepare sharp mock-up's and presentations to wow clients and get quick approvals. Edit proofs accurately and secure final sign-off before production. Use HTML, CSS, and email templating skills to load templates into GitHub repositories. Deliver production-ready artwork with correct formats, sizes, and color codes. Communicate proactively with internal and external teams to keep projects on track. * Extend design concepts across other marketing materials and departments as needed.
