Position Overview

As our Web Developer, your primary goal will be to execute high-quality, custom web development projects within defined timeframes, all while demonstrating fluency in English and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Daily

Build 5 - 7-page custom websites within 72 - 80 hours Create landing pages/funnels within 36 - 48 hours Complete updates and change requests via ticketing system on time Log daily updates for every active ticket Attend daily stand-up meetings promptly Support teammates and the company, demonstrating a collaborative spirit Maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset Provide thoughtful feedback paired with suggested solutions Continuously improve through positive daily habits


Monthly

Deliver at least one internal training on custom development Participate in monthly check-in with Project Manager


Quarterly

Complete at least one internal course relevant to development or digital marketing Attend quarterly team meetings


Per Semester

Participate in performance evaluations Show measurable improvement in identified areas Read a book or take a course related to leadership, development, or personal growth

Education & Experience

Required Experience

3 - 5 years of experience in Web Development Strong portfolio of completed projects


Education (Not Essential)

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field Postgraduate or certification in Web Development or Marketing - a plus

Technical Requirements

Computer: Intel Core(TM) i7 or higher, 16GB+ RAM Internet: Stable broadband (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download) Equipment: High-quality noise-canceling headset & HD webcam

Compensation

Salary Range: $1,300 - $1,900 Per Month

Fully Remote | 20 Days PTO | Half-day Fridays in August
