About the Role:

This internship is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual who enjoys coding, troubleshooting, and optimizing web-based tools. You will assist our internal team in managing and enhancing web platforms, providing technical support, and contributing to IT-driven projects. You'll gain valuable exposure to real-world software environments and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development Support

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of company websites and landing pages. Support front-end updates and enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, etc.). Test websites for functionality and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement digital features that align with business goals.

Technical Support & IT Operations

Provide basic IT support to internal users (troubleshooting, setup, configuration). Maintain documentation for software setups, technical issues, and support workflows. Assist in managing databases, web hosting, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, cPanel, etc.). Monitor system performance and help identify improvement opportunities.

Project Collaboration

Participate in cross-functional tech projects with guidance from senior developers. Attend internal meetings and contribute ideas to improve digital infrastructure. Help document code, tasks, and bug reports for team tracking.

Skills and Qualifications

Currently pursuing or have recently completed a

Bachelor's degree

in

Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development

, or a closely related field. Working knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

. Familiarity with

WordPress

,

Webflow

, or other CMS platforms. Understanding of basic web hosting, domains, and email configurations. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical team members. Organized, eager to learn, and capable of working independently and in a team.
