Wayleave Officer
Requirements
A relevant degree in Commerce/ HR/ Business Management
or Engineering or Built Environment field.
A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
Professional registration with a relevant professional body is
is advantageous
Desirable experience: process and project management,
construction planning, agreement drafting, property and
asset management, financial administration, data
management and visualisation, and public sector
regulations (Wayleaves).
Computer proficiency in SAP, ESRI, Oracle, MS Projects/
Primavera P6 and MS Office
A valid driver's license.
Key Performance Areas
Provide Wayleave coordination and administrative support
Manage applicant expectations and minimise complaints
Monitor the performance of the line departments according
to the SLAs and escalate to the wayleave manager when
required
Identify bottlenecks in all wayleave administrative functions,
wayleave application and permit reviews
Ensure the appropriate terms and conditions are included in
Wayleave SLAs
Undertake dispute resolution in relation to Wayleave
applications/permits or compliance with SLAs
Risk advisory services
