Job Description

Receive chemical deliveries from Diversey, assist driver with arranging forklift
Fresh water and Caustic tanks analysis
Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians
distribution of cleaning chemicals and machines across the hall
Chemical containment & storage areas to be kept clean and free of spillages and dirt(5S)
Observe dosing lines and pumps for leaks/damages/faults and report immediately to Technician
Daily stock taking report for all chemicals: if on nightshift 6am and 6pm. If on dayshift 1pm
Fill in Stock allocation report correctly
analyse/titration and record results
CIP Validations
Brewing CIP monitoring
Adding detergents for Brewing CIPs
Ensure good housekeeping around the Bulk Storage areas & CIP Stations
Daily stock taking report for all chemicals
Perform descales as required
Observe CIP's : Inspections against specifications
Inspect to ensure that all CIP fittings are stored correctly
Titration for concentration of caustic and acid used for CIP's
