Job Description

Dealership in Mokopane is looking to employ a Warranty Specialist. Description: (Automotive / vehicle related warranties)

• Preform research on warranties concerns. prepare / customize warranty paperwork.
• Review warranty claims, administer and submit warranty approval.
• Monitor repair order completion for authorization as per warranty requirement.
• Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements.
• Monitor all customer inquiries and request on warranty issues.
• Supervise all information, update database and prepare required supporting documents.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance to all warranty specifications.
• Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor Defective products and withdraw spesific batch of products if required.
• Manage all warranty claim submission, resubmit claims if required.
• Coordinate with account departments and settle all warranty claims.
• Prepare documents for all warranty parts store as per OEM Recommendation.
• Manage and upkeep of a warranty parts store in line with OEM manufacturers specification.
• Maintain records of customer details and warrantor References.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of Grade 12
• Must have 2+ Years of experience with warranties in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work with minimum direct supervision
• Skilles on various workshop DMS systems.

Job Type: Permanent Salary: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
