Job Description
Our client has an EE opportunity for a Warranty Controller. The main purpose of this position is claim submissions.
Requirements (qualifications, experience & skills):
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Qualified Diesel / Earth Moving Mechanic (not a Motor Mechanic)
- 5 to 7 years post qualification experience as a Warranty Controller / Warranty Administrator
- Competent and familiar with OEM online computer systems
- Experience with MS Excel, intermediate would be advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret document administrative policies, department guidelines and operational procedures
