Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process and manage warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Invoice and cost job cards daily to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain warranty parts and ensure proper documentation.
  • Submit goodwill claims for customer repairs outside standard warranty parameters.
  • Prepare and manage weekend and month-end reports.
  • Track and update daily "work in progress" summaries for the service team.
  • Communicate effectively with head office, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Occasionally provide relief for the service advisor when needed.
  • Comply with all company service department procedures and quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Education: Matric (high school diploma) or higher qualification.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a warranty clerk position in the Automotive Industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to read and write fluently in English
