who knows their way around an engine and a policy clause.This isn't just about ticking boxes. It's about getting to the root of mechanical failures, spotting what's real, what's wear-and-tear, and what's worth covering.

What You'll Do:
Review photos, quotes, and repair docs like a detective on deadline. Assess mechanical and electrical damage -- and separate fact from fiction. Apply policy limits, ensure fairness, and write clean, accurate reports. Keep things moving fast, accurate, and always customer-right.
What You'll Need:
Matric (Grade 12). Solid knowledge of vehicle
mechanical
andelectrical
systems. Confident with IT tools (Audatex preferred) and MS Outlook, Word, Excel. A sharp eye, logical mind, and a passion for all things motor.If you can spot a gearbox issue before the car even starts then this is your lane.
