Job Description


We are seeking a Warranty & Aftersales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and supportive professional, ensuring our warranty claims and aftersales processes are managed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and administer warranty claims in line with company policies.
  • Review and validate claims for accuracy, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
  • Provide professional and timely support to dealers and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Enter and maintain accurate warranty claim data and records.
  • Collaborate with technical and parts teams to resolve warranty-related issues.
  • Provide general administrative support to the aftersales department.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric certificate or higher.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial motor industry.
  • A valid Code 8 driver's license.
