We're building a
Pipeline Warm-Up Team
-- a group of ambitious agents who will spend their first 30 days warming up leads before moving into full sales roles.If you've done
lead generation or cold calling
and want a realcareer path into sales
, this is your chance.Your Role:
Call and warm up prospects already in our system. Follow proven scripts and meet daily talk-time & upload goals. Unlock your base pay and promotion opportunities by hitting clear performance milestones.
Earnings & Growth:
R3,000 base pay
(unlocked by achieving70 qualified uploads
in your first 30 days). Bonuses for top performers and consistent daily uploads.Promotion into Sales Closer role
once your target is met -- withhigher commissions and earnings potential
. Daily coaching and mentoring to get you sales-ready.Ideal Candidate:
3+ months of call centre or lead generation experience. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Consistent, competitive, and eager to learn sales. Hungry for growth -- you want to earn more and move up fast.
Must have a Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification.
