ready to take charge of a new facility? A growing company is looking for a hands-on, reliable Warehouse Supervisor to manage all operations at their new branch in

Newton Park, Port Elizabeth

. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the ground up.

Role Overview

As the sole warehouse staff member on-site, you'll be responsible for the full warehouse function, from receiving and stock management to dispatch. You'll oversee inventory valued at around R4 million and maintain a clean, well-organised, and efficient facility. As the branch grows, you'll take the lead in developing the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the receiving and dispatch of stock via couriers and customer collections Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time Unpack and shelve stock following deliveries Conduct rolling stock counts and assist with full stock takes Oversee returns, credit notes, swaps, and stock adjustments Maintain general housekeeping and warehouse organisation Oversee facility maintenance Supervise warehouse staff as the team expands

Requirements

Matric is essential Minimum of 6 years' warehouse experience, ideally in the FMCG or PPE sector Proven experience managing inventory and warehouse processes Proficient in MS Office, ERP system experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Stable work history with minimal job-hopping Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a hands-on role
