Vacancy: Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.

Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Manage stock orders, collections, and supplier coordination.

Allocate materials and costs to projects, updating the project board regularly.

Support site teams by coordinating deliveries and assisting with logistics when needed.

Monitor budgets, report on variances, and flag any labour or material overspend to Finance.

Uphold safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards in the warehouse.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse or stock management.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

Valid driver's license.

Computer literate (basic reporting & project allocations).
