Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
Our client is a well-established player in the warehousing and logistics sector, specialising in efficient stock management and timely distribution. They pride themselves on maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence within a fast-paced, supportive work environment located east of Johannesburg.
You will oversee warehouse operations including stock control, order picking, goods movement, and inventory accuracy. Managing warehouse staff schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating smooth internal deliveries are key. Youll monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and losses, handle customer queries, maintain accurate records, and submit timely reports to support operational goals.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Matric plus a qualification in Warehouse or Logistics Management
- 3 years proven warehouse and logistics experience, preferably within the industry
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical abilities
