Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain accurate stock control and inventory management.
- Manage receiving and dispatch processes with precision and urgency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in line with company policies.
- Coordinate logistics for all incoming and outgoing stock, particularly equipment handling.
- Handle client liaison and resolve stock-related queries efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports, stock counts, and audit documentation.
- Operate or supervise the use of forklifts (forklift license highly advantageous).
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with strong people and process management skills.
- Proven track record in inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse controls.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, especially Pastel, along with proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Forklift license preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to lead teams, and capable of working well under pressure.
- A firm, assertive personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
