Are you a dedicated and experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a w arehouse supervisor to join our logistics team in Germiston . This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in warehouse operations who is ready to step up and take ownership of team performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, and stock handling.

Provide clear direction and oversight to general workers and warehouse assistants.

Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies, client SOPs, and health & safety standards.

Maintain accurate inventory control and assist with monthly stock takes and reporting.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

Complete daily and shift-based documentation and escalate incidents where required

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Computer literacy and working knowledge of stock control systems.

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
