RPO's client is actively seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our client in Meadowdale, Germiston, JHB. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced professional to control scaffolding inventory and manage all stock movement functions. If you have a background in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of stock control, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and safely handle scaffolding material.

• Ensure correct material preparation for client orders and reduce inventory stock discrepancies.

• Stack, store, and move scaffolding components under the control of the warehouse manager.

• Inspect the quality and condition of material returned from clients and report damaged material accordingly.

• Ensure trucks and loaded containers can accommodate material dimensions, weights, and quantities.

• Assist the warehouse manager with monthly stock reports.

• Adhere to Operational SOPs and work standards.

• Maintain a full understanding of the company's products and services.

• Comply with the national health and safety Act and Regulations.

• Decrease waste in warehouse functions.

• Maintain general housekeeping.

• Comply with all reasonable and lawful instructions, functions, and duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.

• Conduct stock checks based on information from sales and technical departments.

• Conduct stock movement and stock take counts.

• Operate a forklift.

• Oversee the annual stock take and participate in the counts.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or relevant qualification.

• A valid forklift license would be advantageous.

• A valid driver's license would be advantageous.

• Any previous yard/warehouse experience would be advantageous.

• Good computer literacy would be advantageous, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. In-house training will be provided for VIS and SAP.
