About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with proven experience in warehouse operations? We are seeking a

highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor

to join our team in the retail industry. In this role, you will lead warehouse operations and play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage

day-to-day warehouse operations

to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Lead, train, and supervise

warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback. Coordinate

inventory management

, including receiving, storage, and distribution. Enforce

health and safety standards

to maintain a safe working environment. Optimize

warehouse layout, workflows, and space utilization

for maximum efficiency. Liaise with

suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments

(sales, fulfillment, purchasing, receiving, returns, listing, and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Manage

office-related operations

, including procurement, vendor relations, and facilities upkeep. Implement and maintain

inventory control systems

, conduct audits, and minimize stock discrepancies. Prepare and present regular

reports

on inventory, productivity, and warehouse performance. Monitor and control

operational expenses

within budget. Stay current with

industry best practices and technologies

to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

.

3+ years' experience

in warehouse management (retail industry preferred). Strong understanding of

inventory and warehouse management principles

. Proficiency in

WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

and office productivity tools. Proven

leadership and team management skills

. Strong

problem-solving abilities

and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

to collaborate across teams. Strong

organizational skills

with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of

health and safety compliance

in warehouse settings. Experience with

lean management or continuous improvement initiatives

(advantageous).
