Job Requirements:
Matric
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management or business administration is a plus.
Proven work experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
Ability to supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with teams and suppliers
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workflow, and ensure efficient operations
Capable of identifying and resolving warehouse issues effectively
Accuracy in inventory control, reporting, and documentation
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when required
Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements for warehouse operationsJob Duties
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy through stock control and regular audits
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to optimise workflow and efficiency
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance
Coordinate logistics and transportation, ensuring timely delivery of goods
Improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Resolve operational issues and address discrepancies in stock levels
Train and mentor employees to develop skills and ensure adherence to procedures
Communicate effectively with management, suppliers, and customers regarding shipments and inventorySalary:
