A well-known national cosmetic company is looking for a ''Warehouse Supervisor (Culture Focus)'' to join their team on a full-time permanent basis for their offices based in Bellville.

About the job:





The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, monitoring and motivating the Warehouse (Picking, Packing, Checking etc.) Team.



The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all Team leaders and team members are trained in and adhere to Warehouse Floor Areas' rules and procedures in order to ensure all Teams are managed so that they meet deliverables without compromising the Company's culture and values.



Duties will also include performing 1on1s, return-to-works, managing leave and engaging within the recruitment process of new staff.



This Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible ensuring that people management and IR related processes are followed.



Position Requirements:




Industrial Psychology / Human Resource Management / BCom Management qualification (or equivalent) OR 3 years' experience in a similar role / HR Officer Retail Role Experience in an Operations environment, cosmetic or pharma industry advantageous Strong Leadership and Analytical skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail Excellent written and communication skills Computer literate MS Office, Word/Excel/Power Point

Must show commitment - the position requires flexibility and after-hours availability when required Must be able to work well under pressure and achieve deadlines. * Must be computer Literate - excellent Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required and adaptability to learn inhouse web-based systems and more, as required
