Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to achieve efficient operations Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and use best routes possible Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates Communicate and answer dispatching and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery Quality checks
Requirements:
5-10+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or management
MUST have Product knowledge: Hardware and building industry (structural timber / Roofing sheets)
Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Proficient in inventory management and Microsoft OfficeJob Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 - R13000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
