About the Role:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at optimizing production, meeting shipment deadlines, and improving logistics efficiency. Here's what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage shop floor teams following operational guidelines.
• Oversee inventory management and adherence to inventory basics.
• Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to delivery guidelines.
• Maintain a stable supply chain for customers.
• Champion 5S principles across all logistical areas.
• Run Pull Systems efficiently.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Manage material handling equipment and company vehicles.
• Supervise logistics personnel, set objectives, and provide necessary resources.
• Drive recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure accurate plant inventory with corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant M+3 qualification
• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Knowledge of Pull flow and logistics systems
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• Results-oriented and a committed team-player
• Ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams
• Willingness to provide support outside regular hours as required
