Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client in the Retail Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Warehouse Manager to join their team in the Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage orders on Dear Systems.
- Maintain warehouse excellence: cycle counts, cleanliness, and system accuracy.
- Implement SOPs for continuous improvement and ensure 100% order and stock accuracy
- Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Oversee order processing
- Lead a team of three
- Ensuring efficient operations and a well-maintained environment.
- The role emphasizes inventory management, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Dear Systems, Shopify, Takealot, Makro back-end, and Google Sheets.
- At least 2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Must be a non-smoker
- Must be willing to work weekends
- R300K/yr - R400K/yr, salary negotiable
