We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join a leading Digital Signage Company in South Africa.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of three warehouses located in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town. The successful candidate must possess expertise in Cin7 Dearsystems or similar inventory & warehouse management system and be willing to travel between regions to ensure smooth warehouse operations. To be based primarily in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities incl. receiving, storing, and distributing digital signage products.
• Implement and maintain efficient and organized warehouse processes to maximize productivity.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and implement measures to reduce errors and discrepancies.
• Cin7 Dearsystems Expertise:
• Demonstrate proficiency in Cin7 Dearsystems to manage inventory, orders, & other warehouse-related processes.
• Utilize the system for real-time tracking and reporting to enhance decision-making.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive working environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are familiar with warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
• Logistics and Distribution:
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with regional teams to streamline delivery schedules and minimize lead times
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Enforce health and safety standards within the warehouses to create a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Budget Management:
• Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the warehouse budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Min Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the digital signage industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Cin7 Dearsystems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town.
