The Warehouse Manager's primary purpose is to manage all aspects of warehouse operations efficiently and effectively. This includes maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing space and resources, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing personnel, and continuously improving processes to contribute to the success of the organization's supply chain and overall business objectives.
The successful incumbent will report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for managing the warehouse in compliance with the companys policies and vision, assume responsibility for inbound and outbound distribution, formulate business improvement solutions, prepare annual budgets and meet productivity targets.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- B.Com Honours in Logistics Management
- Minimum 5 - 7 years experience within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Previous experience leading a large team (50 staff members
- SAP experience non-negotiable
