We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive efficiency, safety, and productivity.As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily running of our warehouse, managing inventory, staff, and logistics to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.Lead, supervise, and support a team of warehouse staff.Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock control procedures.Implement and enforce health and safety policies and best practices.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization (5S principles).Monitor and improve operational KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, dispatch times, stock levels).Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams.Ensure efficient use of space, equipment, and workforce.Train new employees and conduct regular performance reviews.RequirementsProven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Forklift certification is an advantage.Cre8work!Recruiter
