Decofurn is a furniture retailer with 12 stores nationwide. We have a highly efficient online store that can service clients in most parts of South Africa.

Our unique warehouse/factory shop concept has been developed with 32 years of experience in the furniture industry. Our Group is a leading importer, manufacturer, and retailer of furniture and related products.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the branch warehouse and its staff, overseeing the dispatching and receiving process of stock items, stock management and effective record keeping, reporting, housekeeping and customer service on a 6-day work week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately management the receiving and dispatch process

Ensure SOP'S are followed

Repairs/ exchanges to be done timeously

Manage the smooth running of POS and Pastel system

Manage all warehouse staff and operations

Management of full cycle Stock control, including assembled stock

Supervision of the packing and stacking of stock

Minimising stock losses and damages

Planning of deliveries and collection

Grade 12 or Equivalent

5+ years of retail / receiving / warehouse experience.

5+ years of managerial experience

5+ years of Customer Service experience

Strict Time Management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer literate: Word & Excel, Google Sheets

Sage Pastel advantageous
