Warehouse Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Minimum Requirements:

FMCG industry experience Proven experience managing a dispensing warehouse (advantageous) Strong understanding of batch control and inventory management Familiarity with SAP scanning solutions Experienced in working in a fast-paced, dynamic and complex setting

The ideal candidate will possess:

In-depth knowledge of handling of chemicals and packaging components Strong managerial and leadership capabilities A solid understanding of accurate dispensing processes Experience in the Hair, Skin, beauty, and Homecare industries Familiarity with ISO systems and standards Strong analytic skills to interpret data

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily warehouse operations Dispensing of chemicals and issuing packaging to FMCG factories Overseeing warehouse and inventory management (stock control) functions Optimizing the chemical batch scanning system using SAP Managing receiving, put-away, picking, and supply of chemicals and packaging to factories Ensuring inventory accuracy, batch control, and optimal stock rotation Maintaining ISO certifications and cGMP compliance Enforcing good warehouse practices, including staff training and SOP adherence Leading and managing warehouse staff: developing, training and mentoring Overseeing equipment and vehicle management Controlling expenses within budget Ensuring compliance with HSE and cGMP protocols Implementing efficient operational policies and procedures Monitoring Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications

Grade 12 / Matric Qualification in Supply Chain Management

Pay: R35000,00 - R90000,00 per month
