Job Description
A leading company within the chemical industry requires a Warehouse Manager who will be based in Durban.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years relevant experience within in a similar position essential.
- Use of accounting system will be advantageous.
- Grade 12 or equivalent is essential.
- Relevant degree (NQF Level 7) in Supply Chain / Warehousing will be essential
- Minimum 3 years staff supervision.
- Intermediate knowledge required MS Office 2013 - Excel and Word essential.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for all Logistics and Warehouse related activities.
- Manages daily warehouse operations to provide effective and efficient services consistent with company regulations.
- Responsible for the direction and supervision of all warehousing, delivery, inventory management and receiving operations of the warehouse.
- Ensures the safe, timely and efficient receipt and delivery of a variety of chemical and ancillary products, adhering to the safety and quality guidelines and applicable governmental regulations.
